The distribution of the charity's funds is decided upon by the Board of Trustees. The trustees, or their appointed representatives, will have visited establishments and reported back having assessed their needs in terms of equipment and support. Actual cash will never be disbursed but if an institution needs blankets we will buy them; if they need new buildings we will try and raise the funds to build them and if they need more staff we will try and raise the money to pay them. Whatever their needs are we will try and fulfil them.
